Gary is our Managing Director – taking overall responsibility for the delivery of a continually evolving proactive service range.
Gary started his association with Barrons in 1985 to gain some work experience, nearly 40 years later he is Barrons’s majority equity stakeholder. Gary has not always been in Practice, he has worked in industry as a Financial Director of SME businesses as well as operating in a self employed consultancy role where he gained extensive experience of business turnaround and working with Banks in undertaking Independent Banking Reviews.
Gary’s passion lies in seeking to deliver our clients with services targeted to support strategic business development through the delivery of individually bespoke, tailored client support services that seek to maximise upon added value that Barrons can derive for our client.
Nowadays Gary focusses upon the delivery of a raft of specialist services that includes:
- Merger and Acquisition;
- Business Valuation;
- Business Turnaround, extending to Interim (Financial) Management;
- Quasi FD functionality and Non Executive Directorship roles
- Business Development;
- Forecasting and Cash Management;
- Consultancy Services, both Financial and Commercial;
- Independent Banking & Other Reviews;
Gary has recently accepted the role of Chair within the South East & Central Essex MIND charity, having acted as a Trustee of the Organisation previously.
Gary is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
