World Mental Health Day, observed on October 10th every year, serves as a global platform to raise awareness and advocate for mental health issues. It is a day to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma, and promote mental well-being. World Mental Health Day reminds us that mental health is an integral part of our overall health and should be acknowledged, supported, and celebrated just like physical health. It’s an opportunity for individuals, communities, and organizations worldwide to come together and work towards a world where mental health is valued and prioritized, ensuring that everyone has access to the care and support they need.

This year, South East and Central Essex Mind asked supporters to wear blue on Tuesday 10th October and donate to their charity with the aim of raising funds and spreading awareness around the important topic that is Mental Health. The Barrons Team were proud to take part in this event, not only generating awareness for Mental Health but also raising funds to support the charity.
