David leads our Corporate Finance Services
David is a chartered accountant and joined Barrons with a wealth of experience in acquisitions disposals, MBO, MBI and fundraising in SMEs and owner managed businesses.
Prior to specialising in corporate finance, David held Finance Director and senior finance roles in SMEs and large companies in many sectors and has completed several private equity and merger transactions.
Outside of work David enjoys all sports, travel, history and wine having started his career in the wine industry.
