Meet the Team

Gary is our Managing Director – taking overall responsibility for the delivery of a continually evolving proactive service range.

Russell is our statutory and compliance partner – taking overall responsibility for the delivery of our core statutory accounting services.

Jenny is AAT qualified and joined Barrons in 2014.

Siân joined Barrons in 2013 and shortly after gained the CFAB qualification.

Richard, who is ACCA qualified, has worked in practice since 1985.

Carolyn joined Barrons in 2021 and is our Compliance Manager, with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry

Lisa Russell is our HR Manager, responsible for overseeing employee relations and resource planning.

Elaine started Barrons in December 2022, after teaching for several years.

Lisa joined Barrons in 2016 and has a BSc Hons degree in Biomedical Science, however after having children she decided she wanted a career change and is now AAT Level 2 qualified.

With over 30 years of experience in public practice Mich has gained expertise in handling all aspects of management accounting.

Zack is a local lad, having grown up in Wakering and Leigh on Sea. He now lives in Maidstone, Kent.

Andrew has recently joined from another local practice and is qualified with the ACCA.

Dale has been with Barrons for around 20 years, over 2 terms since relocating from the Costa-del-Brighton to Essex in 2000.

Mark qualified with the ACCA in 2009 and has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in public practice with a core focus on statutory audits and accounts.

Tracy worked her way from being a Tax Assistant to a Tax Officer Higher Grade, she left to work in practice and has now been with Barrons since 2017.

Jo who lives in Rochford joined Barrons in February 2005 and is our Company Secretarial Manager.

Tina joined Barrons in 2013 with several years of experience in running a payroll bureau as well as some experience in bookkeeping.

Emily started working in payroll in 2005 following a couple years as an accounts junior.

After completing his A-Levels, Josh joined Barrons in 2018. Josh progressed through his career in accounting and became MAAT qualified.

Shelly is our Marketing Manager and has worked across a broad range of industries. She loves bringing what we do at Barrons to life in our marketing activities.
