Accountancy Apprenticeships at Barrons.

An apprenticeship is an excellent way to progress in your career as an accountant. If you are unsure about going to sixth-form, college or university, an apprenticeship is a viable alternative. The government apprenticeship scheme combines a job with study so that you work towards a recognised qualification, whilst earning a salary as a company employee.  Within accountancy, apprentices study towards industry-leading qualifications which can ultimately lead to becoming a fully-qualified accountant.

Why do an apprenticeship with Barrons?

At Barrons, we believe in nurturing the talent of the future and regularly recruit apprentices straight from school, sixth form or college to work with us and study for their accountancy qualifications. We have an established structure in place to ensure our apprentices feel welcome from day one and supported throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Apprenticeship eveningAt Barrons you’ll join a team of existing and former apprentices, as well as fully-qualified accountants, which means you’ll be surrounded by people who’ve all been in your shoes at some point. As a growing and progressive practice, you’ll be joining a firm where your career can develop and thrive.

What are the benefits of doing an accountancy apprenticeship?

  • You’ll be earning a salary whilst studying.
  • Your study costs are covered by the government apprenticeship scheme, which means you won’t be building up debt.
