Lisa Russell is our HR Manager, responsible for overseeing employee relations and resource planning.
Working within Human resources for over 20 years, Lisa joined Barrons in 2022. Lisa has worked in a broad range of industries and has a background in health and safety. She was once responsible for the emergency and safety procedures for the Emirates Cable Car in London.
Lisa lives in Rayleigh with her husband. She has four children, and three dogs and likes nothing more than escaping the chaos in her beloved campervan called Margo!
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys paddleboarding, running and early morning spin classes!
