Most people have plans to develop their business, but in our experience many have no projection to support that the outcome of their plans is either sustainable or indeed desirable!

Projecting for the future is often the subject of derision – “I don’t know what next week will bring, how can I forecast the future?”.

We seek to guide clients through the forecasting process, seeking to convince them of the value of a plan towards achieving their aspirational goals as well as providing an advance warning of any working capital issues they are likely to confront along the way. That way we can work with the Bank in seeking to support further client development aiding client retention.
